Watching paint peel

Today's art chore: culling my Flickr account. Out with all the mediocre snapshots! Ruthlessly edit the more interesting shots. My favorite was this one, part of a series I took of a door in Soreze, France last fall.

An unexpected side-effect of using Flickr is that it forces me to really look at my photos. So many times I upload a favorite photo, and in the little gallery view I suddenly realize that it needs drastic cropping, or is horribly lit. Unfortunately, it is very time-consuming and I wear out after an hour or so. Will have to go back with a fresh eye later.
